Rosy was born in Peru. She studied Visual Arts with research in painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing and art history in the University of Arts UNA Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rosy took dance classes all her life, folkloric dances, contemporary dance, tango and contact dance. Movement, dance and yoga are an important base for her work.
She has a strong connection with the Andes and the Amazonas, she lived in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Cuzco, from which she bases the inspiration for her work and her continued interest in studying plants and forest life. In her work, Rosy opens reflections, shares experiences and explores myths. She experiments with different techniques: watercolors, acrylics, color pencils, pigments, earth, voice, movement and poetry. Rosy’s family grows Organic Cacao in the Peruvian jungle of Chazuta and she share this delicious Ceremonial Cacao at the gatherings.
